No, we do not! We can provide a custom tail length on your ribbon strip, simply specify the length wanted on your order. If you do not specify the length, we supply with a standard 1m tail. Joins between strips are also not charged for, again you just need to specify the length you are after.

No, we do not! All we ask is that on any orders you specify how many end caps you want.
Do you sell to end users?

Can you custom-make fittings?
Yes. We can either alter an existing product so it meets your requirements, or we can design a new product to meet your specifications and create your desired effect.
Can you get colours not listed on the website?
Yes. We can get other colour temperatures custom made if you require it, please get in touch so we can create a solution for you.
What is the standard warranty on your products?
We offer at least a 2 year warranty on all of our products, please see the attached PDF for a more detailed warranty statement.
How long is the lead time on your products?
If a product is in stock, it will typically be shipped by the next working day after the order is received. If it is not in stock, we notify the customer the expected ETA. This ETA is usually 2-3 weeks, but this is affected by shipping delays and supplier holidays. If the fitting is a custom made fitting then the ETA will also be different to allow for the manufacturing.
What is the longest length of channel you can ship?
2.5 metres is the longest length we typically offer, due to courier restrictions on length. For our RSA-2, RSA-3, and RSA-4 profiles the lens can come complete in up to 5 metre lengths and this can be shipped as it will bend.
What is the difference between IP65 and IP67 rating?
The first digit in an IP code indicates the level of protection that the enclosure provides against access to hazardous parts (e.g., electrical conductors,moving parts) and the ingress of solid foreign objects. The second digit indicates the level of protection that the enclosure provides against harmful ingress of water.
